According to the Zhitong Finance APP, EFT SOLUTIONS (08062) announced that Ms. Zheng Huishan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, a member of the company's Audit Committee, a member of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Nomination Committee, effective from May 16, 2025.
