# NanFang Precision's actual controller's concerted actor Xu WeiNan plans to reduce holdings by no more than 500,000 shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NanFang Precision (002553.SZ) announced that the company recently received a "Notice of Shareholder's Share Reduction Plan" from Mr. Xu Wei Nan, a concerted actor of the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller. He holds 3.4578 million shares of the company (accounting for 0.99% of the company's current total share capital) and plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 500,000 shares, or no more than 0.14% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading within three months starting from 15 trading days after this reduction pre-disclosure announcement (from June 10, 2025, to September 9, 2025)
