Winning Health: Consistent action party internal transfer of 31.6847 million shares

Winning Health announced that the company's shareholder and director Liu Ning's concerted action partner Tongyi Private Equity Fund product holds 31.6847 million shares of the company, accounting for approximately 1.43% of the company's total share capital. The Tongyi Private Equity Fund product plans to transfer all of its shares in the company to Liu Ning's spouse Hou Minghua through block trading within three months after the announcement date, starting from 15 trading days after the disclosure.
