According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GAD Environmental (300854.SZ) announced that the actual controller Mr. Kong Xiongjun plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3.0313 million shares (accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading from June 10, 2025, to September 7, 2025.
