According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Kaytune (301001.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Ms. Wang Li, along with her concerted party, Mr. Xu Lei, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 800,000 shares (i.e., no more than 1% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and/or block trading from June 11, 2025, to September 10, 2025
