# Qushui Technology: KuanZhai Cultural and Creative plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 793,600 shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Qushui Technology (301336.SZ) announced that its shareholder Chengdu KuanZhai Cultural Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "KuanZhai Cultural Industry") currently holds 1.605 million shares of the company, accounting for 4.01% of the company's total share capital. KuanZhai Cultural Industry plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 793,600 shares, accounting for no more than 1.98% of the company's total share capital (not exceeding 2% of the total share capital after excluding repurchased shares) within three months after the announcement date (from May 23, 2025, to August 22, 2025) through centralized bidding and/or block trading
