# The controlling shareholder, actual controller, and their concerted parties of Mingyue Optical Lens plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 4.88% of the shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Mingyue Optical Lens (301101.SZ) recently received a "Notice of Planned Reduction of Shares" from its controlling shareholder Shanghai Industrial, actual controllers Mr. Xie Gongwan, Mr. Xie Gongxing, Mr. Zeng Shaohua, and their concerted actors Mr. Dan Yangzhiming, Mr. Zeng Zhe (a director and senior management personnel), and major shareholder Nuoweiqi, indicating that the above controlling shareholders, actual controllers, and their concerted actors plan to collectively reduce their holdings in the company by no more than 4.88%
