According to the announcement from WuXi AppTec (603259.SH), its affiliated company Jiangsu Hanbon Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hanbon Technology") will be listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on May 16, 2025.

The company indirectly holds 5.313131 million shares of Hanbon Technology, accounting for 6.04% of its total share capital after the completion of the initial public offering
