# NT PHARMA: Zhang Bozhi appointed as CEO

> According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NT PHARMA announced that as the company's business scale expands and considering the needs for the next phase of the company's development, Mr. Wu Tie wishes to dedicate more time to focus on the group's development strategy and other matters, therefore he has resigned from the position of Chief Executive Officer, effective from May 19, 2025. Mr. Wu Tie will continue to serve as the Chairman of the Board and Executive Director. Mr. Zhang Bozhi has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer, effective from May 19, 2025

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NT PHARMA (01011) announced that as the company's business scale expands and considering the needs for the next phase of development, Mr. Wu Tie wishes to dedicate more time to focus on the group's development strategy and other matters, and has therefore resigned from the position of Chief Executive Officer, effective May 19, 2025. Mr. Wu Tie will continue to serve as the Chairman of the Board and Executive Director.
