# Wanfeng: Ningbo Yixian plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.75% of shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Wanfeng (603172.SH) has recently received a "Notice of Share Reduction Plan" from Ningbo Yixian. Due to its own funding needs, it plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 2.3324 million shares, which is no more than 1.75% of the company's current total share capital. The reduction will take place within 90 days starting from the fifteenth trading day after the announcement of this reduction plan (from June 11, 2025, to September 8, 2025)
