# XCEC: The company's stock may be subject to delisting risk warning

According to the announcement from ZhiTong Finance APP, XCEC (600777.SH) stated that the company was originally scheduled to disclose the 2024 annual report and the 2025 first quarter report on April 30, 2025. Due to the need for further supplementary financial information related to the periodic reports, the company is unable to disclose the 2024 annual report and the 2025 first quarter report within the statutory deadline (April 30, 2025).

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Listing Rules, the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting May 6, 2025. If the company still fails to disclose the 2024 annual report within two months of the stock suspension, it will be subject to delisting risk warning and will resume trading. If the company does not disclose a majority of the directors' assurance of the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of the 2024 annual report within two months from the date of the delisting risk warning, there is a risk that the company's stock may be terminated from listing by the Shanghai Stock Exchange
