# Dagang Holding: 1.89% of the company's shares held by the actual controller will be auctioned off by the judiciary

Dagang Holding announced on the evening of May 19 that 6 million shares held by the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Sun Jianxi, accounting for 1.89% of the total shares of the company, will be subject to judicial auction. If the judicial auction is successful and the transfer is registered, Sun Jianxi's shareholding ratio will decrease from 26.65% to 24.76%. This judicial auction will not result in a change of control of the company and will not affect the company's normal production and operations
