KSW-TECH announced that its shareholder Wu Jiangnian, holding more than 5% of the shares, intends to transfer 24.34 million unrestricted circulating shares through a negotiated transfer to Minsheng Securities Tianyi Selected Private Equity No. 2 Single Asset Management Plan and Minsheng Securities Tianyi Flexible Allocation No. 6 Collective Asset Management Plan. Among them, 18,249,106 shares will be transferred to the Selected Private Equity No. 2 plan at a transfer price of 21.7 yuan per share, with a total transfer price of 396 million yuan
