# Newway Photomask: Shareholders reduced their holdings to below 5%

Newway Photomask announced that the company's shareholder Shenzhen Xingsen Quick Circuit Technology Co., Ltd. and its concerted action party Xingsen Equity Investment Partnership have collectively reduced their holdings in the company from 11.6001 million shares to 9.6667 million shares, accounting for a decrease in the proportion of the company's total share capital from 6.00002% to 4.99999%, and are no longer shareholders holding more than 5% of the company's total shares. This reduction plan has not yet been fully implemented
