# Xinje plans to invest CNY 49.75 million to initiate the establishment of Wuxi Jiezhi Lianchuang Industrial Investment Partnership

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Xinjie Electric (603416.SH) announced that the company plans to invest RMB 49.75 million of its own funds as a limited partner to initiate the establishment of Wuxi Jiezhi Lianchuang Industrial Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (tentative name, subject to formal business registration), with the subscribed amount accounting for 99.50% of the total amount planned to be raised by the partnership, of which the initial investment amount is RMB 20 million. The main investments will target high-end manufacturing industry chains such as semiconductors, robotics, and artificial intelligence that have a coordinated effect with Xinjie Electric's industrial chain and have rapid development potential, and will promote technological innovation and the company's application in new markets and new fields through direct investment.

The establishment of the partnership will focus on investing in industries that are synergistic with the company's industrial operations, promoting the company's business expansion
