# GOODY: Non-independent director Wu Zutong resigns

GOODY announced that on May 19, 2025, the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from non-independent director Mr. Wu Zutong, who resigned from his position as a non-independent director of the fifth board of directors for personal reasons. As of the date of the written resignation letter, Mr. Wu Zutong directly held 67,300 shares of the company, accounting for 0.0094% of the company's total share capital. Mr. Wu Zutong's resignation did not result in the number of board members falling below the legal minimum and will not affect the normal operation of the board of directors
