# BANK OF LANZHOU: The relevant increasing shareholders collectively increased their holdings by 12.5331 million shares

On May 19th, BANK OF LANZHOU released an announcement titled "Announcement on Measures to Stabilize Stock Prices and Completion of Voluntary Increase in Holdings of Certain Supervisors and Other Management Personnel," stating that the relevant increasing entities used their own funds to cumulatively increase their holdings of the bank's shares by 12.3617 million shares through the centralized bidding trading method on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, accounting for 0.2170% of the bank's total share capital, with a total increase amount of RMB 29.4976 million, which has exceeded the lower limit of the planned increase amount, and the transaction price range was RMB 2.35 to RMB 2.41 per share
