# WENZHOU HONGFENG's actual controller plans to reduce holdings of no more than 1% of shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, WENZHOU HONGFENG (300283.SZ) announced that the controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Chen Xiao, plans to reduce his holdings of no more than 4.37 million shares of the company, which is no more than 1% of the company's total share capital, within three months after the fifteenth trading day from the date of this announcement (the window period will not involve any reduction)
