# SBVE: China XD Group Co., Ltd. intends to acquire 30% of the shares of SBVE held by Baoguang Group

SBVE announced that China XD Group Co., Ltd. intends to acquire 99.0605 million unrestricted circulating shares of SBVE held by Baoguang Group through a transfer agreement, accounting for 30.00% of SBVE's total share capital. This acquisition has completed the necessary approval procedures and complies with the provisions of Article 63, Paragraph 1 of the Acquisition Management Measures, allowing it to be exempt from making a tender offer. This acquisition will not result in a change of the actual controller of SBVE
