# DLC ASIA issued a profit warning, expecting annual net profit after tax to drop to approximately HKD 100,000

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, DLC ASIA (08210) announced that it expects the group to achieve a net profit after tax of approximately HKD 100,000 for the year ending March 31, 2025, compared to a net profit after tax of approximately HKD 1.9 million for the same period in 2024. Based on the information currently available to the board, the board believes that the changes are primarily due to the combined effects of the following: (i) a decrease in revenue of approximately HKD 8 million; (ii) a decrease in employee costs of approximately HKD 4.8 million; and (iii) a decrease in settlement fees and erroneous account expenses of approximately HKD 1 million, all of which are consistent with the decline in trading volume
