# Mingchen Health plans to repurchase company shares for 30 million to 50 million yuan

According to the announcement from Mingchen Health (002919.SZ), based on the judgment of the company's value and confidence in future development, and focusing on the company's long-term sustainable development and value growth, the company aims to enhance investors' confidence in its investments. In line with the company's development strategy, operational conditions, and financial status, the company plans to repurchase its shares in accordance with the provisions of the Company Law, Securities Law, and the Articles of Association. The repurchase price will not exceed RMB 23 per share (inclusive), and the total amount of funds for the repurchase will not be less than RMB 30 million (inclusive) and not exceed RMB 50 million (inclusive)
