Yizumi Holdings announced that the company's board of directors approved a share repurchase plan on April 21, 2025. The plan aims to use its own funds to repurchase the company's unrestricted A-share circulating shares through centralized bidding, for the purpose of implementing equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans. The total amount for the repurchase will not be less than 15 million yuan and not exceed 25 million yuan, with a repurchase price not exceeding 28 yuan per share, and the implementation period will not exceed 12 months. As of May 21, 2025, the company had repurchased a total of 973,300 shares, accounting for 0.2077% of the company's total share capital, with a highest transaction price of 20.79 yuan per share, a lowest transaction price of 19.93 yuan per share, and a total transaction amount of 20 million yuan. Since the number of repurchased shares has met the scale required for the company to implement equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans, the company's management has decided to terminate the share repurchase plan early
