# CDMS plans to change company control, trading suspended from May 21

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CDMS (301007.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder, Dalian CDMS Investment Co., Ltd., is planning matters related to the change of company control, which may lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller. Following the company's application to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from May 21, 2025 (Wednesday), with the suspension expected to last no more than 2 trading days
