# YongLi plans to acquire a 5% stake in YongLi Kaibo to further expand its control over it

According to the announcement from YongLi (300230.SZ), the company plans to use its own funds to purchase a 5% equity stake in Shanghai YongLi KaiBo Transmission System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "YongLi KaiBo") held by individual Mr. Luo Chenhui. According to the appraisal report issued by YinXin Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd., after negotiation between both parties, they agreed that the final transaction price for the 5% equity stake in YongLi KaiBo is 1.9 million yuan.

This acquisition of a 5% equity stake in YongLi KaiBo by the company aims to further expand its control, improve decision-making efficiency for its subsidiaries, and reduce management costs and risks; it is beneficial for better obtaining the benefits brought by YongLi KaiBo's business growth and further enhancing the company's sustainable profitability
