# XINHUA CHEMICAL: Appointed Zhao Jianbiao as the company's deputy general manager

XINHUA CHEMICAL announced that the company will hold the 17th meeting of the sixth board of directors on May 20, 2025, to review and approve the "Proposal on the Appointment of the Company's Vice President," agreeing to appoint Mr. Zhao Jianbiao as the company's vice president, effective from the date of the board's approval, with a term consistent with that of the sixth board of directors. Mr. Zhao Jianbiao, born in October 1969, has previously served as a maintenance worker at Xinanjiang Fertilizer Plant, a clerk in the Equipment Department, deputy director of the Isopropylamine Plant, director, marketing department manager, supervisor of XINHUA CHEMICAL, general manager of Jiangsu XINHUA, director and vice president of XINHUA CHEMICAL. He is currently the chairman of Jiangsu XINHUA and chairman of Jiangsu Xinrui, as well as a supervisor of the company. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Zhao Jianbiao directly holds 1.7434 million shares of the company
