# Longshenrongfa Pharmaceutical Industry: A cash dividend of 0.2 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares

Longshenrongfa Pharmaceutical Industry announced that the profit distribution plan for the year 2024 is as follows: Based on the total share capital of 303 million shares as of December 31, 2024, a cash dividend of RMB 0.2 will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, totaling a cash dividend of RMB 6.0669 million. No bonus shares will be issued, and no capital reserve will be converted into share capital. The remaining undistributed profits will be carried forward to future distributions. The equity registration date is May 27, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is May 28, 2025. The recipients of this distribution are all shareholders of the company registered with the Shenzhen Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited after the market closes on May 27, 2025
