CMST announced that CLH 12 Limited will reduce its holdings in the company by a total of 109 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from April 29, 2025, to May 20, 2025, accounting for 5.00% of the company's total share capital. After this equity change, the number of shares held by CLH 12 Limited will decrease from 217 million shares to 109 million shares, and its shareholding ratio will drop from 10.00% to 5.00%, no longer being a shareholder with more than 5% of the company's shares
