# Youhao Group plans to increase its investment in its subsidiary Huajun Real Estate by 152 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Youhao Group (600778.SH) announced that the company plans to increase its capital by using the land use rights and attached assets of 35% of the land area of plots 2011-C-114 and 2011-C-115 located in the Hongguangshan Exhibition Area of Urumqi, Xinjiang, at an assessed value of 152 million yuan to its wholly-owned subsidiary Xinjiang Youhao Huajun Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huajun Real Estate Company"). Among this, the registered capital is proposed to be increased by 98.3161 million yuan, and the remaining portion will be included in the capital reserve of Huajun Real Estate Company (related taxes and fees will be included as determined by the administrative authority). After the completion of this capital increase, the registered capital of Huajun Real Estate Company will increase from 20 million yuan to 118 million yuan, and after the capital increase, the company's shareholding ratio in Huajun Real Estate Company will remain at 100%.
