# JINGUAN ELECTRIC: Zhongrui Boyuan has cumulatively reduced its holdings in the company by 1%

According to the announcement from JINGUAN ELECTRIC (688517.SH), Henan Zhongrui Boyuan Investment Center (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongrui Boyuan"), a non-first major shareholder holding more than 5% of shares, will reduce its holdings by 1,366,300 shares through centralized bidding and block trading from May 13, 2025, to May 20, 2025, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital. After this equity change, Zhongrui Boyuan will hold 6,830,600 shares, accounting for 4.99996% of the company's total share capital
