According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, SHANGHAI YIZHONG (688091.SH) announced that Shanghai Xianyu intends to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 4.1341 million shares, which does not exceed 2% of the company's total share capital. The reduction plan will be carried out within 6 months from the date of the announcement, starting 3 trading days after the disclosure, and the total number of shares reduced within a continuous 3-month period will not exceed 1% of the company's total shares
