# SAL plans to acquire no less than 50% of the shares of Taizhou Agricultural Materials

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Zhongnong Lihua (603970.SH) announced that the company has signed a share acquisition letter of intent with natural person shareholders including Tao Weikang of Zhejiang Taizhou Agricultural Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the target company" or "Taizhou Agricultural Materials"), intending to acquire no less than 50% of the shares held by natural person shareholders including Tao Weikang in cash or other means. Upon completion of this acquisition, Taizhou Agricultural Materials will become a subsidiary controlled by the company.

This transaction will help the company further understand market demand and customer dynamics, enhance customer stickiness, and quickly improve market penetration in Zhejiang and surrounding areas. At the same time, the target company will form efficient synergy with the company's crop health business segment, expand the range of products and services for crops, and enhance the company's market response speed, decision-making efficiency, and brand terminal influence
