# JHT plans to raise no more than 500 million yuan through a private placement to controlling shareholders and others

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JHT (603199.SH) disclosed a plan to issue A-shares to specific investors, including the company's controlling shareholder, Wenlv Group, with no more than 35 specific investors (including 35). The total amount of funds raised will not exceed 500 million yuan (including this amount), and the net amount of funds raised after deducting relevant issuance costs will be invested in the following projects: (1) the passenger cable car project at the Lion Peak Scenic Area of Jiuhua Mountain; (2) the renovation project of Jiuhua Mountain Julong Hotel; (3) the upgrade and renovation project of the north building guest rooms of Jiuhua Mountain Central Hotel; (4) the transportation equipment enhancement project
