# JC Interconnect's major shareholder Xu Zhengjun plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.97%

According to the announcement from JC Interconnect (002530.SZ), shareholder Xu Zhengjun, who holds 7.90% of the company's shares, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 15,384,300 shares (accounting for 1.97% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and/or block trading within three months after the disclosure of this announcement, starting from 15 trading days thereafter
