# Dawn Precision: Liu Yuhua plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1% of the company's shares

Dawn Precision announced that shareholder Liu Yuhua, who holds 2.71% of the company's shares, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1,466,700 shares, or no more than 1% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding within three months after the announcement date, starting from 15 trading days thereafter
