# YANHUA SMARTECH shareholder Hu Liming plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from ZHIJI SMARTECH (002178.SZ), shareholder Mr. Hu Liming plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 21,364,590 shares through centralized bidding or block trading within ninety calendar days after the 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (from June 12, 2025, to September 9, 2025), with the total reduction not exceeding 3.00% of the company's total share capital.

Company executive Mr. Zhang Tailin plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 63,700 shares through centralized bidding within ninety calendar days after the 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (from June 12, 2025, to September 9, 2025), with the total reduction not exceeding 0.009% of the company's total share capital
