# FUDAN FORWARD: Zhou Chihao resigns as financial officer, Shen Min resigns as board secretary

On May 21, FUDAN FORWARD announced that the company's board of directors recently received written resignation letters from Zhou Chihao and Shen Min. Due to work adjustments, Zhou Chihao applied to resign from the position of financial head of the company, and Shen Min applied to resign from the position of board secretary. After resigning from the above positions, Zhou Chihao will continue to serve as a member of the company's party committee and deputy general manager, while Shen Min will continue to serve as a member of the company's party committee. The resignation letters will take effect upon delivery to the company's board of directors. The company's board of directors approved the "Proposal on the Appointment of Senior Management Personnel" at the twelfth meeting of the eleventh board of directors held on May 21, 2025, appointing Wen Guoxiang as the financial head of the company and Zhou Jie as the board secretary
