# JSZY: The major asset restructuring is still in the planning stage

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JSZY (600770.SH) has issued a risk warning announcement stating that the company is planning a major asset restructuring, intending to gain control of Jiangsu Jilai Microelectronics Co., Ltd. through cash capital increase or share transfer.
