# Wuhan Tianyuan signed a contract for the water quality purification plant and supporting pipeline network concession project with a total investment of 1.326 billion yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Wuhan Tianyuan (301127.SZ) announced that the company has won the bid for the concession projects of four water quality purification plants, including the Shajing Plant, Erkengxi Plant, Jiuquwan Plant, and Wuxu Phase II Plant, as well as the supporting pipeline network. The company established Nanning Fengyuan Sewage Treatment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Project Company" or "Party B") in Nanning on May 9, 2025, as the implementing entity for the aforementioned projects.

Recently, the Project Company signed the "Concession Agreement for the Shajing Plant, Erkengxi Plant, Jiuquwan Plant, Wuxu Phase II Plant, and Supporting Pipeline Network Concession Project" with the Nanning Underground Pipeline and Water Affairs Center (hereinafter referred to as "Party A"). The total estimated investment for the project is 1.326 billion yuan
