# NAR shareholders Wang Shuming and Yang Jiantang plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2.97% and 2.67%, respectively

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NAR (002825.SZ) announced that shareholder Mr. Wang Shuming plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 10 million shares (accounting for 2.97% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading. Shareholder Mr. Yang Jiantang plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 9 million shares (accounting for 2.67% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading. Vice General Manager Mr. Shen Weifeng plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 73,000 shares (accounting for 0.02% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding
