This increase involves a total of 261,700 shares, with a total amount of 6.9993 million yuan, accounting for 0.12% of the company's total share capital. As of now, the cumulative amount of shares increased is 45.8844 million yuan, with a cumulative number of shares increased of 1.6256 million shares, accounting for 0.77% of the company's total share capital. The controlling shareholder will continue to implement the increase plan at an opportune time and plans to complete it by October 10, 2025
