# OIMEC: Dalian Jintou reduced its holdings by 2.9448 million shares

OIMEC announced that its shareholder, Dalian Financial Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd., which holds more than 5% of the shares, will reduce its holdings by 2.9448 million shares through centralized bidding from May 19, 2025, to May 20, 2025, accounting for 0.98% of the current total share capital of the company. The shareholding ratio will decrease from 12.54% to 11.56%, with the change reaching an integer multiple of 1%. This reduction is consistent with the previously disclosed share reduction plan, and the number of shares reduced is within the scope of the reduction plan. The reduction plan has not yet been fully implemented
