# Zhongfu Shenying: Eagle Tour Group plans to transfer 22.22% of its shares in its subsidiary Hainan Eagle Tour

According to the announcement from Zhongfu Shenying (688295.SH), on May 21, 2025, the company's shareholder holding more than 5%, Lianyungang Eagle Tour Textile Machinery Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Eagle Tour Group"), signed a share transfer agreement with its wholly-owned subsidiary Hainan Eagle Tour Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hainan Eagle Tour"). Eagle Tour Group intends to transfer 200 million shares of the company it holds to Hainan Eagle Tour through an agreement transfer, accounting for 22.22% of the company's total share capital, at a transfer price of 21.02 yuan per share.

This share transfer is an internal transfer between Eagle Tour Group and its wholly-owned subsidiary, belonging to the transfer of shares between different entities under the same control. It is merely an adjustment of the internal shareholding structure and does not involve reducing the company's shares in the market, nor does it trigger a takeover bid
