# Layn's certain directors and senior executives plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 0.14% of the shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Layn (002166.SZ) announced that the company's chairman and general manager Mr. Xie Yongfu, director and deputy general manager Mr. Bai Yu, director, deputy general manager, and chief financial officer Ms. Zheng Hui, and deputy general manager and board secretary Mr. Luo Huayang (hereinafter referred to as "the aforementioned personnel") collectively hold 4.074 million shares of the company, accounting for 0.56% of the company's total share capital (the total share capital is the number after deducting the shares repurchased by the company in the special securities account for repurchase, the same below). The aforementioned personnel plan to reduce their holdings of a total of 1.0185 million shares (accounting for 0.14% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement
