# Etmade plans to acquire 40% equity from minority shareholders of Etmade Semiconductor

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Etmade (300812.SZ) announced that based on the company's overall strategic planning, in order to further integrate internal resources, improve operational decision-making efficiency, and achieve the company's overall operational goals, the company intends to use its own funds of RMB 1 to acquire the 40% equity of Etmade Semiconductor held by minority shareholder Huang Zhaofeng, corresponding to a registered capital of RMB 4 million, and undertake the paid-in obligation of RMB 3.6 million for the unpaid portion of the subscribed registered capital corresponding to this equity acquisition. After the completion of this acquisition, the company's shareholding in Etmade Semiconductor will increase from 60% to 100%, making Etmade Semiconductor a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, which will not change the scope of the company's consolidated financial statements
