# SDGS's three shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 3%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SDGS (300917.SZ) announced that its shareholder, Xinyu Yinkun Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yinkun Company"), plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1.69 million shares, which is no more than 1% of the company's total share capital; shareholder Longxin Construction Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Longxin Construction") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1.69 million shares, which is no more than 1% of the company's total share capital; shareholder Jiaxing Chuangze Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Jiaxing Chuangze") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1.69 million shares, which is no more than 1% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding or block trading
