# EMTEK's shareholder Xin Ce Xin plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, EMTEK (300938.SZ) announced that its shareholder Qingdao Xince Xinxin Investment Co., Ltd. plans to reduce its holdings in the company through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after the disclosure of this announcement (from June 13, 2025, to September 12, 2025), with a total reduction of no more than 1.6122 million shares (accounting for 1% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the repurchase special account)
