# XIUQIANG GLASS: Hong Kong Hengtai Technology and its concerted parties plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, XIUQIANG GLASS (300160.SZ) announced that Hong Kong Hengtai Technology Co., Ltd. and its concerted parties, Suqian Xinxing Investment Co., Ltd. and Mr. Lu Xiuqiang, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 23,188,400 shares (accounting for 3.00% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding, block trading, and other legally recognized methods by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (i.e., from June 16, 2025, to September 15, 2025)
