# DeepGlint plans to grant 6.6 million restricted stocks and 1.4 million stock appreciation rights

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, DeepGlint (688207.SH) has disclosed the draft of the 2025 Restricted Stock and Stock Appreciation Rights Incentive Plan. The company plans to grant a total of 6.6 million shares of restricted stock to the incentive recipients (of which 6.3 million shares will be granted initially, with 300,000 shares reserved). At the same time, it plans to grant 1.4 million stock appreciation rights to the incentive recipients. The total number of individuals receiving the initial grant under this incentive plan is 11. The grant price for the initially granted restricted stock is 8.05 yuan/share.

The validity period of this incentive plan is from the date of granting the restricted stock/stock appreciation rights until the date when all the restricted stock granted to the incentive recipients vests or becomes invalid/the date when all stock appreciation rights are exercised or become invalid, not exceeding 36 months
