According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Zhejiang Jinte Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. was established, with Wu Zhigang as the legal representative and a registered capital of approximately 109 million yuan. The business scope includes: manufacturing of special equipment; installation, transformation, and repair of special equipment; manufacturing of intelligent basic manufacturing equipment; sales of intelligent basic manufacturing equipment; sales of solar thermal utilization equipment, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by YASHA through indirect holdings
