# Urumqi Beer launches a new product "Dian Chi" to enter the energy drink market for the first time

On May 22, Carlsberg China announced on its official WeChat account that recently, Wusu Beer launched its first low-sugar energy drink "Dian Chi," officially entering the Xinjiang market. This marks Wusu Beer's first foray into the energy drink sector. Currently, Chongqing Beer holds 100% equity in Wusu Beer. At the performance briefing held this month, Chongqing Beer President Li Zhigang stated that Chongqing Beer will continue to expand categories beyond beer and accelerate its layout in the beverage sector. Following the launch of Dali Cang'er soda in Yunnan at the end of last year, Tianshan Fresh Fruit Garden orange-flavored soda was launched in April this year in Xinjiang, Chongqing, and other regions
